ABG MP's VISIT U-VISTRACT-VISTRACT

WORKING TOGETHER TO ENHANCE DEVELOPMENT

The inevitable has blossomed in a rather surprising pay out way.

Money scam principal Noah Musingku, aka King Peei, has suddenly warmed his way into the halls of the Autonomous Bougainville Government.

Once upon time most wanted as a conniving conman, Noah Musingku conceived an elaborate ponzi scheme known as U-Vistract in which he milked millions of dollars from gullible Papua New Guineans with promises of million dollar returns on their investments.

His famous 'pay out next week' promised became a painful reality for the thousands of investors across the Pacific who lost their money to his clever deception.

Still wanted in PNG by the Central Bank, and neighbouring Solomon Islands for his polarized empty promises, Noah built a self styled empire at Tonu where he leads his followers and is guarded by an army.

And so it not surprising for the ABG, as it inches towards independence from PNG, to be wary of Noah, who also goes by many aliases, but is considered as dangerous as he is deceptive to regional security.

Last weekend, three senior MPs of ABG actually met Noah at his self styled palace in Tonu.

Their message from ABG Hq was ABG is willing to work with U-Vistract to enhance development projects in Bougainville for the best interests of the people.

Once shunned as a pariah, Noah is back in the limelight as a player and partner.

This might be meaningful if his money does exist as in the past, there have been too many instances of the ink on BVK dollars washing off in the rain.

Mr Justin Borgia the ABG Member for North Nasioi, led the courtesy call to  Noah's hideout at Tonu on Thursday February 10.

He said that U-Vistract has already begun helping people on island fund their development projects and ABG would continue to work in collaboration to enhance what it is already delivered or provided for the people through its development programs.

The ABG team of three members included Amanda Masono, the North Member for Women and the Member for Tsitalato, John Boscos Ragu.

Mr Borgia told Musingku that their visit to U-Vistract headquarters in Tonu was to show their support for what has already been established.

The MP also said that their visit was also to show that they are drumming up support from all ABG members and their government to support U-Vistract and work with it for the common good of all Bougainvilleans.

He further added that ABG Members are also aware of the school fee subsidies funding, rice farmers funding assistance, funding assistance for people to build permanent homes.

U-Vistract last week paid out the first school fee subsidies for students attending Tonu Secondary School which is a United Church Mission run school; it also plans to make another K20, 000 payment to other schools around Bougainville.

Musingku, also known by various alias, most prominently as King Peei, is the mastermind of a ponzi scheme that set up the U-Vistract as an international money scheme.

Many investors all over PNG, the Pacific and even in Australia, are still waiting for the big pay out he continues to promise and avoid each year.

However, the set up of the self styled king, who has an army and hundreds of diehard followers, has been a cause for concern for some years.

As Bougainville inches towards independence, locals see Musingku and his army as a threat to the stability of the region.

Although Musingku and his followers refused to participate in the referendum on independence, the visit is viewed as a conciliatory approach following President Ishmael Toroama's visit to Tonu last year.
